Growth & Operations Executive (Lead Generation & Marketing Support)
Kolkata | Full-time | On-site
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000/month (Probation: 90 days)

Role Overview
We’re looking for someone who can support lead generation, outreach, and day-to-day operations.
This role sits at the center of execution—connecting leads, content, and delivery.
You will work directly with the founder and help ensure that:
Leads are consistently generated and tracked
Outreach and follow-ups are happening daily
Content and deliverables are coordinated and executed on time
You will be guided and supported, but not micro-managed. You are expected to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation (Primary)
Research and build lead lists (India and UAE markets)
Identify brands, founders, and decision-makers
Maintain and update lead database daily
Outreach Support
Send cold messages (LinkedIn, Instagram, Email)
Follow up consistently with leads
Track conversations and responses
Ads & Marketing Support (Secondary)
Assist in running basic ad campaigns (Meta/Google)
Monitor campaigns and prepare simple reports
Reporting & Tracking
Maintain Excel/Google Sheets for leads and campaigns
Track outreach, responses, and conversions
Share regular updates and reports
Operations & Coordination
Coordinate with designers/content team for delivery
Ensure posts and deliverables go live on time
Manage basic website updates (if required)
Handle calendar scheduling, reminders, and admin tasks
Support day-to-day execution across projects
Role Structure
You will work directly with the founder
Processes, messaging, and strategy will be defined centrally
Your role is to execute, manage, and improve these systems over time
What We Expect From You
You are organized and detail-oriented
You follow up consistently without being reminded
You can manage multiple tasks and priorities
You are comfortable working with remote direction (India–UAE coordination)
You take ownership of your work and complete tasks end-to-end
You are comfortable handling both structured and ad hoc work
Skills Required
Must-Have
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic Excel / Google Sheets
Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and social platforms
Basic understanding of digital marketing / ads
Good to Have
Experience with lead generation or outreach
Familiarity with Meta Ads / Google Ads
Output Expectations
Daily lead generation and updates
Consistent outreach and follow-ups
Organized tracking of all activities
Smooth coordination between teams and tasks
