About The Role

As a Program Management Intern at IIDE’s Lower Parel office, you will support and manage various tasks associated with the Virtual Internship Program (a one-month global internship initiative). Your role will involve managing communications, reviewing task quality, conducting sessions, and driving outreach campaigns. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain insights and experience in the digital marketing and education sector.

What You'll Do

Internship Program Management
• Review and ensure task quality for the virtual internship program.
• Manage communication efficiently via WhatsApp and email.
• Promote internships, screen applicants, and select top candidates.
• Prepare and share materials and resources with interns.
• Provide timely reports and host sessions for interns.

Feedback and Performance Monitoring
• Check intern tasks, provide constructive feedback, and review certificates.
• Conduct follow-ups with interns to ensure timely submission of tasks.

Research and Data Accuracy
• Conduct and maintain comprehensive research to ensure data accuracy.
• Provide actionable insights to improve internship processes and outcomes.

Additional Duties
• Proactively suggest and implement improvements to enhance the internship experience.
• Take on any additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

Must-Have:
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and Zoom.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• A proactive and positive attitude.
• Access to a personal laptop.
