Overview:
The team is responsible for incorporating new regulatory demand or changes to existing regulations within Group Finance's book of work. This includes review of new or changed regulations and corresponding Group policies as well as the preparation and implementation into the business process. It also comprises of the analysis of various DB Group level Risk Metrics and Capital Requirement to ensure compliance.
As lead of Regulatory Adherence you will be responsible for impact assessment of regulatory changes, discuss and communicate regulatory requirements and relevant changes to the respective SME's and to Finance Change for inclusion in the Change Book of Work. In collaboration with Algorithmic Solutions, Regulatory Advisory and Policy Group, Group Finance FDs and other Group Finance functions the team will prepare and drive regulatory changes. In addition, you will analyse DB Group regulatory outputs especially regarding further automation and cross reference validations.

Key responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate regular review of new (CRR3) or changed regulations within the Group Finance Regulatory Adherence process
• Ensure active participation in New Regulatory and Capital Requirements' working groups and produce timely and accurate impact assessment of new changes which impact Credit Risk exposures, RWA, EC/EL and Leverage Ratio exposures
• Engage with key stakeholders (Group Finance FDs, RPAG, TDI, Finance Change) to address relevant change requirements to core engine calculations and drive their implementation
• Manage collaboration with various functions (incl. TDI, RPAG) to ensure compliance of current implementation (CRR2) with internal and external policies
