GS Teacher and Admissions Manager with YouTube Growth Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced GS Teacher/Coach to join our team at Government Jobs Institute - Tricklogy, a leading coaching center in Kolkata. In this role, you will manage the center's day-to-day operations, handle admissions, and help grow our YouTube channel. You will play a critical role in helping our students achieve their academic and personal goals.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the coaching center, including scheduling, curriculum development, and student assessments.
Handle admissions inquiries, conduct interviews, and manage enrollment processes.
Teach and coach students in various subjects, ensuring that they are meeting or exceeding academic standards.
Create and deliver engaging content for our YouTube channel, aimed at both current and prospective students.
Develop and implement strategies for increasing our YouTube channel's reach and engagement.
Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the coaching center's programs and services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
At least 1 year of teaching and/or coaching experience, preferably in a similar setting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Demonstrated ability to create engaging content for social media platforms, particularly YouTube.
Comfortable using technology and digital tools to enhance student learning and engagement.
Passionate about education and helping students achieve their full potential.
