This is a blended role that combines data entry and customer contact, making it a perfect fit for someone who is organized and enjoys interacting with people.

Job Duties:

• Data Entry: Accurately enter product order data into Excel/Google Sheets.

• Calling: Contact customers by phone to confirm their orders and answer any questions.

What You'll Need:

• A personal computer or laptop and Mobile to perform all job duties.

Our Expectations:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to work well within a team.

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
