What will you do?
• Read blueprints and schematic drawings, bringing them to life through your expertise and precision.
• Dismantle, assemble, install, move, and align machinery and equipment, ensuring everything is in perfect order.
• Construct foundations for machines and securely fasten them, leaving no room for compromises in safety.
• Perform regular and preventative maintenance, going above and beyond to keep our machines running at their best.
• Embrace automation and actively contribute ideas for further enhancements in our manufacturing plant.
• Demonstrate your versatility by using various tools and materials to tackle different tasks.
• Be a team player, always ready to lend a helping hand and seeking opportunities for improvement.

What do you need?
• Practical experience in installing, maintaining, production & manufacturing machines as well as automated packaging stations is required; hands on roll forming experience is an asset.
• The ability to read and interpret blueprints, machine, electrical, and hydraulic schematics.
• Proficiency in using a variety of materials and tools, showcasing your hands-on skills.
• Basic literacy in reading, writing, and arithmetic, with advanced expertise (Journeyman level) in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or other relevant areas.
• A helpful and proactive attitude, always ready to contribute and support the team.
• Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to express yourself clearly and build strong working relationships.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a courteous demeanor, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, exemplifying your self-starting nature.
