Roles and Responsibilities:
• Create and execute comprehensive GTM plans, including positioning, pricing, messaging, and distribution channels tailored for SaaS products.
• Align product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams for cohesive execution of the GTM strategy.
• Lead the entire product launch process, ensuring team alignment and executing post-launch strategies.
• Provide the sales team with tools, training, and content such as sales decks, case studies, and product demos to improve sales effectiveness.
• Identify and target key customer segments, creating tailored marketing and sales strategies for each group.
• Develop and optimize SaaS pricing models based on market demand, competitive analysis, and business objectives.
• Monitor key metrics like customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and conversion rates to measure GTM success.
• Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the SaaS market.
• Oversee campaigns and initiatives aimed at driving lead generation and customer acquisition through digital marketing, content, and partnerships.
• Act as the voice of the market, providing insights to the product team for feature updates and improvements based on customer feedback.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2 years in marketing, product management, or sales, with 1 year in SaaS.
