Key Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy Development :
Develop and execute creative marketing strategies tailored to client goals, aligning with their brand vision, target audience, and business objectives.
Lead brainstorming sessions with internal teams to generate innovative campaign ideas and solutions across various digital channels.
Create cohesive, integrated strategies that encompass content, design, SEO, social media, and paid advertising to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
Campaign Planning & Execution :
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, copywriters, media buyers, and account managers) to bring creative concepts to life.
Manage timelines and budgets to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope, with measurable outcomes.
Audience Analysis & Market Research :
Conduct thorough market research and audience analysis to understand customer behavior, trends, and preferences, ensuring strategies resonate with target segments.
Leverage data and insights from analytics tools to inform creative decisions and continually optimize campaigns for better results.
Branding & Messaging :
Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all digital platforms, ensuring creative content is engaging and speaks to the brand’s identity.
Develop and refine unique selling propositions (USPs) and brand stories that set clients apart in the market.
Content Creation & Copywriting :
Work closely with content creators to develop compelling, high-quality copy, visuals, and multimedia content that supports overall campaign objectives.
Ensure content is optimized for various digital formats, including social media, websites, email, blogs, and ads.
Client & Stakeholder Communication :
Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives to offer tailored creative solutions.
Present creative strategies, campaign results, and future recommendations to clients, addressing feedback and ensuring satisfaction with the work delivered.
Continuous Learning & Trend Monitoring :
Stay current with industry trends, emerging tools, technologies, and digital marketing innovations to inspire new strategies and creative approaches.
Regularly analyze competitors' marketing activities to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge for clients.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization :
Track and measure the performance of creative campaigns using analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
Use data insights to optimize campaigns in real-time and suggest improvements to creative strategies.
Qualifications:
Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience :
5+ years of experience in a creative marketing role within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies across digital platforms.
Experience with content creation, digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), SEO, and social media marketing.
Skills :
Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and platforms.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media tools, email marketing platforms, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, delivering results on time and within budget.
Strong presentation and client-facing skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear, compelling manner.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with branding, rebranding, and large-scale digital campaigns.
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) or a solid understanding of working with design teams.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
Google or Meta Certification is must
Outstanding ability to generate creative marketing solutions in real-time
Confident and engaging presence in client meetings
Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to simplify complex concepts on the fly
Performance under pressure with grace and professionalism
Quick thinking and adaptability in live situations
