Minimum of 5 years of experience in setting up and utilizing Salesforce solutions such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, in a high-volume (1000+ seats), complex commercial environment Must have Salesforce Certified Platform Developer ,3+ years' experience working on Apex, data integration , Devops tools such as copado . Demonstrated ability to design, configure and develop solutions that integrate and automate data interfaces between Salesforce and other systems. A Bachelor's Degree preferably with an Engineering or Software development major Hands on experience working on Salesforce Configuration, Customization, Security Access, Workflow, Data Validation, data import/export using Data Loader Proven expertise in Salesforce Custom Application Development with Apex, Visualforce, Apex, Batch, Trigger, SOQL & SOSL, Apex unit testing Agile/Scrum experience in a CI/CD delivery environment Ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner

5+ years of Salesforce CRM experience, ideally working in a leadership role on at least one full-scale project.
Experience delivering solutions within waterfall and agile methodologies.
Innovation: Demonstrated ability to propose effective marketing tech solutions that help solve for business needs, including process improvements, while adhering to governance standards.
Collaboration
Strong communication skills (i.e., coordinating requirements with business stakeholders to design and develop technical requirements).
Comfort working with business stakeholders and IT partners to design and implement Salesforce CRM structure
Expertise
Working experience with:
Integrations to back-end systems, specifically with Salesforce.
REST/SOAP API integrations and SDKs.

Understanding of star schema and complex data architectures.
