Job Description
The successful candidate must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently and offer excellent customer service. Previous hotel experience is considered an asset but is not required.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Emitting a fun, professional, and welcoming energy while interacting with our guests.
Taking reservations in a timely manner and in accordance with our brand standards – the most important part of this role, and a great way to flex your communication skills.
Answering many phone calls and email inquiries – which can sometimes feel overwhelming, but the more you do it, the easier it will be to handle.
Signing for most deliveries that arrive at the Front Desk is a crucial but not particularly exciting aspect of the job. However, it is essential for the smooth operation of our hotel.
Responding and following up on guest complaints or concerns and rectifying them when they arise.
Completing general filing and some administrative work. We know that it may sound boring, but it will be a nice change of pace after going through lots of check-ins or check-outs.
