The responsibilities for this role include answering internal and external calls, offering information about hotel amenities, managing emergency situations, and ensuring messages are relayed with precision
The ideal candidate for this position must have a clear and pleasant speaking voice and be able to convey information in a courteous and professional manner

Field guest complaints, conduct research, and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction
Leverage office equipment - including computers, PBX systems, fax machines, and email - to effectively execute assigned tasks

At Hilton Anatole, the Guest Care Associate (PBX Operator) plays a vital part in delivering exceptional guest experiences and increasing profitability. The responsibilities for this role include answering internal and external calls, offering information about hotel amenities, managing emergency situations, and ensuring messages are relayed with precision.
