YOUR ROLE: GDI is currently seeking Room Attendants for Alt Hotel in WINNIPEG, MB. Room attendants are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the rooms in accordance with hotel policies and procedures. Attendants must provide professional service and be meticulous in their work.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Change bed linen daily.

• Vacuum carpeting.

• Dust all furniture (picture frames, bed frames, lamps, TVs, dressers).

• Remove fingerprints and smudges (i.e. mirrors, shiny surfaces, windows, etc.)

• Thoroughly clean the bathroom area—wash shower stall, sink, floor, toilet, etc.

• Adhere to brand standard cleaning requirements.

• Ensure compliance with standard room set-up.

• Report all damage found in a room immediately.

• Report all missing items in a room and any personal guest items found in vacant rooms immediately.

• Ensuring all “lost and found” items are turned in immediately.

• Shut off all lights, TVs, and air conditioners when leaving room.

• Assist with any additional cleaning chores that may be assigned.

As a Guest Check-in and Check-out staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our guests from the moment they arrive until their departure.

- Greet guests warmly and assist with the check-in process

- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions

• *Qualifications**

- Experience in guest services, front desk, or hospitality is preferred

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus

- Familiarity with hotel operations and reservation systems is advantageous

• *Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35.80-$3+.67 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
