Job Description: Guest Experience Assistant – 8MH
Location: Delhi NCR (with property visits as required)
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Level: 2–6 years in hospitality, guest relations, or customer success

Role Overview
The Guest Experience Assistant will be the champion of our guests’ journey — before, during, and after their stay. You will ensure every guest feels valued, cared for, and excited to return. From warm pre-arrival interactions to surprise-and-delight moments during the stay, you’ll set the gold standard for 8MH hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-Arrival
• Connect with each guest post-booking via WhatsApp/call to understand preferences and requirements.
• Share property details, curated local guides, and safety information.
• Collect alternative contact numbers (for smooth communication & guest safety).
2. During Stay
• Be the single point of contact for guest queries and support.
• Coordinate with caretaker/property staff to ensure flawless service.
• Plan and execute small “delight” gestures (welcome notes, special meal setups, bonfires, surprises).
• Monitor WhatsApp/chat for proactive problem resolution.
3. Post-Stay
• Collect structured feedback + personal anecdotes.
• Encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
• Share memorable touches (like a group photo or a thank-you message) to leave a lasting impression.
4. Internal
• Train caretaker teams on guest interaction SOPs.
• Audit guest experience standards at each property.
• Collaborate with Marketing to highlight memorable guest stories.
What We’re Looking For
• 2–6 years’ experience in hospitality/guest relations (hotels, boutique resorts, airlines, or luxury retail).
• Excellent communication skills — warm, clear, and empathetic.
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Tech-comfortable (WhatsApp Business, CRM, booking platforms).
• Passionate about creating memorable experiences.
• Flexible to travel to properties when required.
