Your Key Responsibilities

• Perform Root Cause Analysis to eradicate quality-related issues.
• Conduct follow-up with staff to ensure high standards of quality are maintained consistently.
• Liaison between the company and Hotel Partners for all support/communications from both parties.
The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills, leadership abilities, and client relationship management skills. They should also have attention to detail, entrepreneurial approach towards problem-solving, and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
