Guest Mobility Operator (Driver)
Overview
YayGo is Atlanta’s next-generation electric micro-mobility service, delivering safe, clean, and efficient last-mile transportation across communities, mixed-use districts, and major events and venues.
We are seeking dependable, professional, and customer-focused Guest Mobility Operators to support high-traffic mobility routes during events, activations, and daily service operations.
This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments and take pride in safety, service, and consistency. Operators will safely manage and operate electric Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs) along designated routes, ensuring smooth guest movement between key access points such as parking areas, transit connections, residential zones, and entertainment destinations.

Key Responsibilities
• Safely operate YAYGO shuttles along assigned fixed routes
• Provide reliable pick-up and drop-off service for passengers during events, conferences, festivals, and daily operations
• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting riders, assisting with boarding and mobility needs, and ensuring a safe, welcoming experience
• Maintain real-time communication with dispatch regarding route conditions, guest volume, and service adjustments
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting maintenance needs promptly
• Ensure vehicles remain clean, charged, and presentable throughout all shifts
• Follow all traffic laws, safety standards, and YAYGO operational procedures
• Accurately complete daily route logs, passenger counts, and incident reports
• Represent the YAYGO brand with professionalism, courtesy, and consistency at all times
Qualifications
• Previous experience in shuttle driving, route driving, hospitality transportation, rideshare, valet, or customer-facing transport roles preferred
• Experience operating electric vehicles, LSVs, golf carts, or micro-mobility vehicles is a strong plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with diverse passengers
• Comfortable working in outdoor environments and navigating high-traffic entertainment or event zones
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules
• Ability to stay calm, alert, and professional during peak demand periods
• Punctual, dependable, and consistent in attendance and performance
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and assist guests when needed (mobility support, luggage assistance, etc.)
What You’ll Do
• Operate electric LSV vehicles safely along designated routes

• Maintain situational awareness of pedestrian flow, event activity, and route conditions
• Communicate with dispatch or team leads to support smooth operations
• Perform basic vehicle checks before and during shifts
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Deliver a consistent, professional guest experience in all interactions
• Support overall mobility flow during high-volume event periods
