Responsibilities
• The main responsibility shall be to welcome and greet the guests, who avail the services provided by the company at the airport.
• The main responsibility shall be to make the guest feel at ease, ensure that the service providing staff is courteous and is providing hassle free service.
• You should have the ability to handle stress at work and be able to take decisions in case of deficiency in service.
• Rectify the deficiency, escalate the matter to the next level so that such deficiency does not happen again.
Qualifications
• The incumbent should be a graduate, with excellent communication skills in English Language. The selected candidate will be working shift duties at IGI Airport New Delhi.
• Persons with experience as guest relation executives in hospitality industry, with diploma from any air hosted academy
• Freshers who think they have the ability , may apply within 3 days.
