Job Description

The Guest Relations and Community Manager will be responsible for managing guest relations and building and maintaining relationships with customers and the local community to promote Table Tales restaurant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage guest relations by greeting guests, assisting with reservations, and resolving customer complaints.
• Support the restaurant's social media accounts, by creating content via photographs/video and responding to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor customer feedback and reviews and provide feedback to management to improve the restaurant's offerings and customer experience.
• Act as a liaison between the restaurant and the local community, attending local events and networking to promote Table Tales.
• Manage the restaurant's loyalty program and track customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in guest relations, community management, marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts.
• Strong event planning skills and experience executing successful events.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a strong customer service orientation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Working Conditions:
• The Guest Relations and Community Manager will primarily work at the restaurant, and will also attend events and network with the local community.
• Morning, Evening and weekend working
