Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage guest relations by greeting guests, assisting with reservations, and resolving customer complaints.
• Support the restaurant's social media accounts, by creating content via photographs/video and responding to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor customer feedback and reviews and provide feedback to management to improve the restaurant's offerings and customer experience.
• Act as a liaison between the restaurant and the local community, attending local events and networking to promote Table Tales.
• Manage the restaurant's loyalty program and track customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in guest relations, community management, marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts.
• Strong event planning skills and experience executing successful events.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a strong customer service orientation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
• The Guest Relations and Community Manager will primarily work at the restaurant, and will also attend events and network with the local community.
