Budget: 1500XXXXXX with PF and ESIC
About the Role:
We are hiring a confident and well-presented Guest Relations Executive for a 5-star hotel property in Khajuraho. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and premium guest experience within the hotel premises. Proper training will be provided before deployment. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome and assist hotel guests in a professional manner
Guide guests about available services and experiences
Ensure smooth coordination with hotel departments
Handle guest queries and provide prompt resolutions
Maintain daily reports and operational records
Uphold hospitality standards aligned with a luxury property environment
Eligibility Criteria:
Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
Presentable personality with a positive and service-oriented attitude
Basic knowledge of hospitality/customer service is an advantage
Fresher and experienced candidates can apply
Immediate joining required
