Guest Relations Officer

At Boketto Restaurant we are looking for young & dynamic fresher/experienced, with the minimum qualification as 10th /12 th pass and 20 – 40 yrs of age for the entry-level as well as experienced position at the restaurant. The training cum probation period is 6 month, where in the trainee under goes on-the job training program in all the section of the restaurant like Service, Kitchen, Supply Base, Cash, Back Sink and lobby. To Handle customer queries & concerns; Act like a hostess To serve customers; to work in the counter. Cleaning and upkeep of the restaurant, working at the back of house. Ensure operational adherence to Boketto standards and Values. Maintaining High Levels of Hospitality, Cleanliness and Speed in all areas of Operations

Qualification: Essential: 10th Pass Desirable: Hotel Management Diploma/Degree Experience: Minimum 3 yrs Excellent communication skills required for GRE profile.
