Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding service and personalized experiences to our valued guests.

Manage and oversee front desk operations with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Build strong relationships with guests and address their queries and concerns promptly.

Lead and inspire the team to uphold The LaLiT's high service standards.

What We’re Looking For:

A warm, approachable personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in guest relations or front desk operations, preferably in luxury hotels.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric mindset.

A team player with a flair for leadership and attention to detail.
