Roles & Responsibilities
· Guest Relationship Executive will focus on establishing and maintaining positive client relationships from an operational and strategic perspective.
· He/she will utilize client relationship management skills to convert walk-in customers into high paying customers (i.e., convincing walk in customers for group celebration like Birthday, Family & Kitty Parties) thus to obtain additional revenue during their entire stay.
· Develop and manage client portfolios to ensure returning customers.
· Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
· Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
· Providing feedback and advocacy on customer pain-points to internal teams.
· Ensuring strong customer service levels are met in line with Company objectives.
· Developing plans to improve customer experience and satisfaction along with other internal stakeholders.
