Duties
Perform cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.
Execute custodial duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Provide exceptional hospitality by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
Conduct floor care activities such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing to ensure all areas are well-maintained.
Assist in housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or supply shortages to the appropriate departments.
Ensure all guest rooms are cleaned to the highest standards before check-in.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are organized and readily available for use.
Skills
Proficiency in industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices.
Strong background in hospitality with an emphasis on customer service.
Knowledge of floor care procedures including carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance.
Experience in housekeeping management is preferred but not required.
Attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and thoroughly.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
