Responsibilities include;
Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
Resolve guest concerns and offer immediate solutions.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, professional & communication skills.
Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
Handle credit card, cash and debit payments and ensure balancing at the end of shift.
Cleaning public spaces when required.
Upselling rooms and working with the Sales Department on marketing initiatives.
Informing guests about tourist attractions and places of interest within the Muskoka area.
