The Role
We’re on the lookout for a vibrant, bubbly Guest Service Agent to join our front office team at View Sydney. You’ll be the welcoming face that makes first impressions count – greeting guests with genuine warmth and making sure every stay is smooth, seamless, and special.
This role is perfect for someone who loves the buzz of hospitality, thrives under pressure, and enjoys being part of a dynamic, hands-on team.
What You’ll Do
Create exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out
Manage bookings and reservations with precision and care
Respond to guest questions and concerns with professionalism and positivity
Support your teammates and jump in wherever needed – every shift is different!
Who You Are
A natural people-person with a positive, can-do attitude
Experienced in hospitality or customer service
Calm under pressure and a confident multitasker
Tech-savvy with solid computer skills and reservation system knowledge
Great communicator – extra points if you speak more than one language
Someone with full working rights in Australia (Please note: we are not accepting student visas unless you are in the process of transitioning to a different visa in the coming months)

Pay: $25.00 – $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 22 per week
