Job Description
You are the ultimate guests' champion with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of reliability. Always polished and professional, you bring a dash of charisma to the team, easily communicating and connecting with others to create a positive, collaborative vibe that makes everything run smoothly.
You're a confident driver, holding an Australian Full driver's licence or probationary licence (P2) and have a valid Responsible Service of ******* (RSA) Certificate in Victoria.
What you will be doing:
Providing efficient service for guest registration and departure; maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information.
Attend to all incoming calls in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.

The Novotel & ibis styles Melbourne Airport is a new dual-branded property that opened its doors on 1 July 2026. With a total of 464 rooms - 248 in Novotel Melbourne Airport and 216 in ibis Styles Melbourne Airport, this dynamic new development is just steps from Terminal 4, Melbourne Airport, offering convenience and comfort for travellers and professionals alike.
