Holiday Inn Queenstown Remarkables Park are seeking a knowledgeable and personable Guest Service Agent to join the Front Desk team.

The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Guest Service Agent, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.



Skills and Experience

We'd love to hear from candidates with previous experience in a customer service role or similar

Experience and knowledge of OPERA or hotel similar booking systems.
Strong communication skills, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued guests
Flexibility to work rotating shifts during the day, evening, weekends and public holidays.
