Samphire Rottnest, located on the premiere tourist destination Rottnest Island, hosts 80 suites, pools, unique dining options, and a range of indoor/outdoor function spaces, overlooking breathtaking views of Thomson Bay. As GSA, you'll welcome guests with genuine warmth, help them settle in with ease, and create a sense of comfort from the very first moment.

What You'll Be Doing
Welcome guests on arrival with a friendly, genuine approach that sets the tone for their stay
Manage smooth and efficient check-ins and check-outs
Be the go-to person for guest enquiries, offering helpful local advice on transport, dining, and island experiences
Handle bookings, room allocations, and guest requests with care and attention to detail
Process payments and ensure all guest accounts are accurate.
Requirements:
Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail
Previous experience working in a Front Office Guest Service Agent role is advantageous.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Confidence in using hotel-based computer systems.
Experience with RMS or other Property Management System is a plus
The ability to work a rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays)
