Acclaim Hotel is seeking a Hotel Guest Service Agent (Summer/Seasonal) to join our team at a top-rated hotel in Calgary, NE. The Guest Service Agent will report directly to and receive supervision from the Guest Services Manager and will be responsible for providing customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
Verbal and written communication ability in the English language required.
Greet guests and check them in and out of the hotel in a timely and efficient manner.
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to guests.
Process reservations and cancellations, and manage room inventory.
Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and securely.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications from guests and internal departments.
Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest interactions and transactions.
Resolve any issues that arise during the guest's stay, including but not limited to billing disputes, room changes, and maintenance requests.
Follow hotel procedures for emergency situations and maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
