Position: Front Desk/Guest Services Associate
MUST BE AVAILABLE EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS
Multi-location position
Primary Responsibilities:
· Greeting and checking in Guests
· Coordinating appointments
· Appointment confirmation & scheduling
· Answering calls and emails
· Opening & closing
· General administration responsibilities
· Selling retail products
· Point of sale operations
Requirements:
· Experience in Reception / customer service
· Ability to communicate effectively
· Professional
· Motivated
· Friendly and outgoing attitude
· Able to work in a fast paced environment
· Able to work weekends and evenings a must
· Availability to cover Vaughan Bathurst and Rutherford and Dixie+Dundas locations is a must.
