About the role
As a Guest Service Agent, you’ll be the face of our hotel — the first smile our guests see, and the person they rely on throughout their stay. From check in to check out, your mission is simple: make every guest feel welcome, valued, and well cared for.
You will:
Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm.
Manage check ins, check outs, and all things front desk.
Assist with enquiries, bookings, and local recommendations.
Handle payments with accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Respond to guest needs, special requests, and challenges with calm, confidence, and a can do attitude.
Maintain a polished and organised front desk environment.
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in a guest service, front office, or customer service role.
Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
A positive attitude, professional presentation, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Competence in hotel systems (experience with Opera or similar is a bonus).
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
