We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team in providing exceptional hospitality and customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. This role is crucial in enhancing the overall guest experience at our hotel.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.

Manage phone systems effectively, handling incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism.

Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest satisfaction.

Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution.

Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details.

Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met.

Assist with front desk operations, including managing room assignments and coordinating housekeeping services.

Promote hotel services and upsell additional offerings to enhance the guest experience.

Experience

Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.

Strong phone etiquette skills and familiarity with phone systems are essential.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing outstanding guest services.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
