The successful candidate will:
· Experience with Opera or similar PMS system
· 1-2 years of Front Office experience within a 4-5 star environment
· Reservation experience is highly desirable
· A passion for the hospitality industry & an eye for detail
· A customer service focus and solid teamwork
· Well presented with an outgoing personality
· Available to work shifts including evening and weekends
· Excellent communication and time management skills
Ideally you will have:
· Experience in General administration within a fast paced environment
· Excellent attention to detail
· Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of verbal and written communication
· Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, incorporating effective planning, time management and organisational skills to achieve quality outcomes
· Able to work between 20-30 hours per week, with 7-day availability would be preferable
