Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and hands on Full-Time Guest Service Agents to join our small guest centric team.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day Front Office operations, liaising with Housekeeping, and ensuring the delivery of excellent service standards.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Assisting in the Front Office daily operations
Assisting with guest enquiries via phone, email, or in person and making reservations and recommendations
Assisting with guest arrivals and departures, following set check-in / check-out procedures
Achieving guest satisfaction targets and exhibiting excellent customer service.
To be successful in this role you will have proven strong performance in hotel reception and customer service, as well as the following skills:
Proven experience in similar positions within a hotel Front Office environment,
Self-motivated and a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service,
Solid knowledge of all Rooms Division areas including Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, and Guest Services,
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with all hotel departments,
Excellent time management skills,
Friendly, outgoing personality and a high standard of personal presentation,
The ability to act without prior authority in all matters concerning the safety, security and well-being of all hotel, guests, patrons, and staff in the absence of management,
The ability to work independently and as part of a team environment,
Excellent computer system skills,
Experience with RMS is desired, but not essential.
Further to this experience, to be successful in this role, you will have unlimited work rights in Australia and will be available to work varied shifts from mornings to afternoons, including weekends and public holidays, as per our business demands.
