Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Guest Service Associate at IBIS Hotel. The position is on-site and located in Chennai. The Guest Service Associate will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and deliver excellent customer service. Tasks include addressing guest inquiries, coordinating with other departments, maintaining front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.

• Guest Services and Guest Service skills
• Customer Service and Reservations skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in hotel management software is a plus
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred
