Job Description
As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their experience is welcoming and trouble-free. You will handle various guest services, including reservations, check-ins, and resolving any issues that arise to provide an exceptional customer experience.

· Greet and welcome guests as they arrive.
· Assist with check-ins and check-outs in a timely and efficient manner.
· Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
· Provide guests with information about the facilities, services, and local attractions.
· Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
· Ensure the lobby and other guest areas are clean and well presented.
· Support other departments as needed to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Pay: ₹241,800.00 - ₹301,200.00 per year
