Greeting & Welcoming Guest.
Enhancing Guest Satisfaction Knowledge on products, promotions & offers Upselling of products Following SOP laid by the organisation Maintain cleanliness of the outlet all the time. System handling of billing Inventory management.
Handling guest grievance Collaborating with team members to achieve targets Candidate Profile: Min 6 months experience in Retail / QSR / Hospitality / Food industry with mandatory sales experience.
Good Communication Skills Team Player Result oriented, with high level of motivation for self-growth Well groomed & presentable
