Role Overview:
As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurants, ensuring guests enjoy warm hospitality, efficient service, and a delightful dining experience. LOCATION: BENGALURU.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Present menus, take accurate food & beverage orders, and serve promptly.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and addressing concerns.
• Maintain high service standards and hygiene practices at all times.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth order delivery.
• Manage billing and handle payments as per company policy.
• Support in maintaining cleanliness and readiness of the dining area.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Hotel Management Diploma / Graduate.
• Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of F&B service experience are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
