At least one year experience providing customer service directly to the public
Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects
Position requires ability to stand behind front desk for up to 8 hours to assist guests, visual acuity to analyze written information and view computer terminal and ability to express and exchange information by means of the spoken word
Must be able to stand, pull, grasp, see, crouch, lift, hear, reach, push, perform repetitive motions, and talk as required by the job

GUEST SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

The Best Western Premier Puyallup is seeking a Guest Service Representative to join our team. The Guest Service Representative provides outstanding guest service to arriving, departing, and in-house guests by delivering accurate and timely information and services and maintaining a professional, friendly and helpful demeanor at all times.

STATUS:
• Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available

SCHEDULE:
• Variable schedule; Must be available weekends and holidays

RATE OF PAY:
• $18.83 to $20.58 per hour/DOE

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of:
• Principals of providing customer service including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for service and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Standard cash handling procedures.
• Front office operations and emergency procedures.

Skills and Ability to:
