We have an exciting opportunity for a versatile and talented Guest Services Agent to join the Arise Hotels & Apartments Teams. We are looking for an experienced and professional hotelier who has had previous experience working in Hotels & Resorts.

Arise Hotels & Apartments managers approximately 3,000 self-contained and contemporary strata titled apartments. Arise currently has an extensive portfolio across Queensland, Victoria and Adelaide with more growth set to occur in 2026 and beyond.

What your week looks like
Your role will be focused on providing high quality customer service to our guest and residences during their stay. You will provide timely and effective email and phone management, including answering inquiries from future and in-house guest. Along with the checking in and out of arriving and departing guest this role is essential for the smooth day to day running of the operation and integral in the guest experience.
You’ll face challenging situations that will call upon your problem solving skills and ability to be flexible and agile on the fly, whilst maintain integrity and reputation of our brand.
What we need from you
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in same or similar role
Previous experience using RMS+ and Cloud Hospitality Software is an advantage
Strong ability to use basic Microsoft Office systems
The ability to problem solve
The ability to be resourceful and self-sufficient
Can anticipate needs, be agile and flexible to ensure deadlines are met
Strong customer services skills
Effective and efficient time management skills
Strong written & verbal communication skills, with a focus on detail
