As One Of Our Guest Services Managers You Will
• Lead a large team to give fantastic service in all hotel departments
• Deliver amazing events such as weddings and birthdays
• Help to make our hotel look and feel beautiful with an eye for detail
• Be the face of the hotel and ensure our guests are having a wonderful stay
• Help to train new team members and give them the best start possible
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Help us to ensure our team are happy and working effectively in a pleasant environment

We are looking for an experienced manager or supervisor who wants to take the next step in their career. Most importantly, we just need you to be reliable and enjoy working as part of a large team.

We work hard to ensure the wellbeing of our team, including Mental Health initiative and support. As part of this, we contract our managers at 45 hours per week. It is rare that you would work more than this, but if you ever do work e few extra hours in a month you will receive either time of in lieu or overtime pay.

We are looking for people with the desire to learn and grow in an environment that encourages you to use your flare to deliver amazing experiences for our guests. We even have a dedicated Training & Development Manager focused on mentoring you and giving you the skills you need to succeed in your hospitality career.
