Role: Guidewire Developer
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: Long Term
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: 100% remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in India)

We are seeking a mid-level Guidewire Billing Center Configuration Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, configuration, and enhancement of our Guidewire Billing Center platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Guidewire Billing Center, strong GOSU programming skills, and a solid understanding of the insurance billing domain. You will work closely with business analysts, QA testers, and integration teams to implement solutions that align with business needs and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize Guidewire Billing Center using GOSU, XML, and Guidewire tools (e.g., Studio).
Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Develop and maintain configuration artifacts such as type lists, entities, PCF screens, workflows, and rules.
Integrate Billing Center with other Guidewire products and external systems (e.g., payment processors, general ledger, CRM).
Perform unit testing and support QA and UAT efforts to ensure solution quality.
Assist in resolving production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Contribute to code reviews, and technical documentation.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing regular updates on progress and risks.
Required Qualifications:

2–5 years of experience configuring Guidewire Billing Center in a professional setting.
Strong proficiency in GOSU and Guidewire Studio.
Solid understanding of billing processes within the Property & Casualty insurance domain.
Experience with Web Services (SOAP/REST) and system integrations.
Knowledge of XML, Java, and object-oriented programming concepts.
Familiarity with development tools like Git, Jenkins, and JIRA.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Guidewire Billing Center Certification
Experience with Guidewire Cloud or SaaS implementations
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Previous experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹225,000.00 per month
