We are looking for a skilled Guidewire Digital Developer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. As a Guidewire Digital Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customer-centric digital solutions using Guidewire Digital products. Your expertise in Guidewire Digital Suite, web development technologies, and user experience design will play a vital role in enhancing our customers' digital experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective digital solutions using Guidewire Digital products.
Design and develop user interfaces, web pages, and portals utilizing Guidewire Digital Suite tools and technologies.
Implement responsive web design principles to ensure optimal user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
Customize and configure Guidewire Digital products to meet specific business needs, including customer self-service portals, agent portals, and mobile applications.
Integrate Guidewire Digital with other systems, such as policy administration, claims management, and billing systems, to ensure seamless data exchange and process automation.
Develop and maintain web services and APIs for integration between Guidewire Digital and external systems.
Implement user authentication and authorization mechanisms, ensuring data security and privacy.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iteratively improve the digital solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Guidewire Digital implementations, including performance optimization and bug fixing.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital technology, user experience, and web development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, quality assurance, and infrastructure teams, to support end-to-end digital solutions.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Guidewire Digital Developer.
Strong proficiency in Guidewire Digital Suite products, including Guidewire Digital Portals, Guidewire Digital API, and Guidewire Digital Engage.
Solid understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular or React.
Experience with responsive web design principles and mobile-friendly development.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services integration.
Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality digital solutions within deadlines.
Preferred Skills :
Guidewire certification in Digital products.
Experience with other Guidewire products, such as PolicyCenter or ClaimCenter.
Familiarity with Guidewire Studio and Gosu scripting language.
Knowledge of insurance industry concepts and processes.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in an Agile development environment.
Familiarity with cloud-based development and deployment.
