We are seeking an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team at LAW CHOICE RECRUITMENT in a Guildford law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in office administration to progress their career in a fast-paced environment.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with the Partner, lawyers, and PAs, performing various administrative tasks and managing files. You will also have the opportunity to build relationships with the team and provide high-level admin support to lawyers.

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 6 months of office admin experience, good GCSEs, solid customer service experience, and a strong work ethic. You should also have basic proficiency on a range of software and the ability to pick up new technological skills through training.
