About the role
As a Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility. You will be helping people find the right storage solution for their needs and work as part of a team.
In this role you would:
Deliver outstanding customer service and sales, helping customers find the right storage and packaging solutions for their needs.
Achieve the Income budget
Keep it constructive, and uphold KSS's FREEDOM values, with the F being for Fun!
Keep the centre presented to a high standard (cleanliness, safety, maintenance)
Manage daily operations and administration
Create the space for change
You’ll thrive if you’re customer outcome focused, passionate about a constructive culture, well organised, take ownership, and enjoy working in small teams.
Role details
Hours/roster: 76 per fortnight. We are open 7 days a week
