Responsibilities
As the Gun Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our firearms retail store
Team Leadership:
Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
Conduct regular training sessions to ensure staff are knowledgeable about firearms, accessories, and industry regulations
Customer Service:
Foster a customer-focused environment to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions
Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory levels, product assortment, and merchandising within the store
Monitor product trends and make recommendations for new inventory
Regularly stock inventory, conduct ordering, and manage shipments
Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations governing firearms sales
Work closely with law enforcement agencies and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws
Perform regular inventory audits to ensure compliance with ATF procedures
Maintain situational awareness and ensure firearm safety within the store
Sales and Marketing:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve financial goals
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events, promotions, and product launches
Utilize social media platforms, including Instagram, for regular posting and engagement
Key Holder - Opening and closing the store
Maintaining Situational Awareness
Balancing registers and handling money
Maintenance of the store:
AC filters
Keeping work area clean
Keep work area Organized
Managing store communications
Phone Calls
Managing orders and handling the shipping and receiving of packages
Lift and handle items weighing over 50 pounds

While we do not have an on-site gun range, we pride ourselves on offering a comprehensive range of firearms products and accessories. The ideal candidate will have a passion for firearms, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of the regulatory environment surrounding firearms sales.

Preferred:
• Prior experience in the firearms industry with references
• Knowledge of Industry brands and products
• FL Concealed Weapons License
• FL Drivers License
• NRA or equivalent certifications
• Gunsmithing/ Armorer certifications & experience.
