As the Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership of the general running of the restaurant, elevate the customer experience from excellent to remarkable, develop the team through coaching and training opportunities, and manage inventory and the financial aspect of the restaurant. You will be in control of, and have accountability for the overall quality, adherence to procedures, and financial performance of the restaurant.

Experience leading a team within a busy, high-volume hospitality environment

Prior experience with achieving KPIs and driving profitability
