Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day gym operations, including opening/closing procedures
Lead, train, and schedule staff (front desk, trainers, and instructors)
Deliver excellent customer service and handle member questions or concerns
Drive membership growth through sales, retention, and local marketing efforts
Monitor cleanliness, equipment condition, and safety standards
Manage inventory, basic budgeting, and operational reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and health/safety regulations
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in gym management, fitness, or hospitality (preferred)
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Sales-oriented mindset with experience in memberships or services
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable with scheduling software, POS systems, and basic reporting
Passion for fitness and helping others succeed
Schedule
Flexible availability required (evenings and weekends included)
