Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls and emails regarding pricing, order status and general inquiries
Enter customer orders quickly, accurately and efficiently
Processing and oversee shipments using UPS, FedEx and freight carriers
Obtain and manage freight quotes as needed
Perform invoicing and related documentation
File and maintain paperwork and records
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Assist with other office tasks as needed to support the team
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous experience in customer service or an administrative role is a plus, but not required
Experience in Word, Excel, Outlook required
Experience with Business Central and Dynamic Ship is a plus, but not required
Ability to learn new software and internal systems
Strong phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Skills & Attributes:
Basic computer proficiency
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
Comfortable working as part of a team in an office setting
Additional Requirements
Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test
Any offer of employment is conditional upon successful completion of these requirements

Salary commensurate with experience

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
