Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager located in Karjat. The HR Manager will oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role includes developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee benefits, conducting training sessions, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
• Human Resources Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations skills
• Performance Management and Training & Development skills
• Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance, and Organizational Development
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
