What you’ll do

Ensure the operational conversion of the PO Services and PO strategic goals within a dedicated client group.

People Management: Supervising a group of 12 to 15 team members to ensure service deliverables are met within Turn around Time with 100% accuracy. Responsible for Talent development of your team. Performance Management: Responsible for team s performance during the appraisal year. Ensure 100% compliance and be Audit ready.

Owner of documentation (SOPs/Work Instructions/Ways of working). Coordinate and support processes and standards for all PO Services aspects (e.g., Services, processes, continuous improvement) in close partnership with the respective Practice Networks and IT as required

Handle the delivery of services and processes to customers/users and conduct assessments of processes to identify areas of improvement and define solutions that deliver business value.

Contract and set expectations with Unit PO / others as relevant on what services PO Services will provide and ensure that roles and responsibilities for processes end-to-end are clearly defined and understood.

Support periodic cost and efficiency analyses to support productivity objectives. Deliver and present key data to supervisor and provide advice and support in data analysis and evaluation.

Provide support for coaching the organization on PO processes related to PO Services, e.g., global standards, efficiency, ESS/MSS. Support / participate in budget planning discussions, SLA process. Participate in, or lead PO Services Projects at country or BU level.

Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt

Minimum Requirements

What you ll bring to the role:

Ability to work and lead (a cross-functional team) in a matrix environment.

Accountability and collaborating across boundaries Geographic Scope - Americas, EMEA APAC.

Good knowledge in Operations Management and Execution, Data interpretation and Analysis.

Understands and completes Compliance requirements. End to End HR Process knowledge and exposure of Service Delivery.

Excellent communications skills and stakeholder management.

Hand on to Workflow Management Tool - Service Now (Must), SAP/Workday (Must), MS Office

Desirable requirements:

Minimum Graduate, Preferably MBA (HR) with 7 yrs of in HR domain.

Minimum experience of 8 years in HR and, at least 3 years of People management.
